以傳統風貌為引 云南樸里精品酒店設計方案賞析

在云南樸里精品酒店創作階段，酒店設計師希望在新與舊之間取得平衡與創新。客房部分的東西山墻采用復合的土坯磚墻面做法。土坯磚由本地工匠采用傳統工藝取土、脫模、晾曬，待建筑主體土建完工后逐層砌筑并錨固在墻面預留的角鋼上。土坯磚本身良好的熱工性能也對建筑保溫隔熱起到了輔助作用。公共區域則以現代的方式詮釋土坯，創造一種“新的舊”。酒店設計師選擇了與土坯顏色相近的灰泥，灰泥的肌理可以充分表達原有土坯磚的材料屬性。 

In the creation stage of Yunnan Puli Boutique Hotel, the hotel designer hopes to achieve balance and innovation between the new and the old. The East and West Gables in the guest rooms are made of composite adobe brick walls. Adobe bricks are taken by local craftsmen with traditional technology, demoulded and dried. After the main civil works of the building are completed, they are laid layer by layer and anchored on the angle steel reserved on the wall. The good thermal performance of adobe brick also plays an auxiliary role in building insulation. Public areas interpret Adobe in a modern way, creating a "new old". The hotel designer chooses the plaster which is similar to the adobe color. The texture of the plaster can fully express the material properties of the original adobe brick.

普者黑傳統民居的另一特色在于土瓦坡屋頂，但傳統坡屋頂在防水、節能上都不及混凝土平屋頂。酒店客房部分選擇平屋頂與坡屋頂相結合的方式。平屋頂承擔維護功能，有效地規避了傳統坡屋頂構造在使用觀感上的不足。從防水、保溫等功能負擔中解放出來的坡屋頂，延續了傳統工藝做法，外形更加輕盈美觀。平坡雙層屋面也有效降低了建筑能耗。坡屋頂施工完全復現普者黑村落屋頂的肌理效果，以重木搭建結構，采用拆遷時回收的土瓦與新瓦混合鋪設。最終，建筑在滿足現代使用空間需求的同時，最大程度還原了周邊傳統建筑的屋頂效果。

Another feature of Puzhehei traditional house is the tile roof, but the traditional slope roof is not as waterproof and energy-saving as the concrete flat roof. The combination of flat roof and sloping roof is selected for the guest room. The flat roof bears the maintenance function, which effectively avoids the shortcomings of the traditional sloping roof structure in the use and appearance. The sloping roof, liberated from the functional burden of waterproof and heat preservation, continues the traditional process, and has a lighter and more beautiful appearance. Flat slope double-layer roof also effectively reduces the building energy consumption. The construction of sloping roof completely reappears the texture effect of the village roof in Puzhehei. Heavy wood is used to build the structure, and the recycled soil tiles and new tiles are used for mixed laying during demolition. At last, the roof effect of the surrounding traditional buildings is restored to the greatest extent while the building meets the demand of modern use space.
